We strive to offer a variety of opportunities to meet the interests and needs of all our young people. From prayerful retreats to high-energy gatherings to scouts, here are some of the programs we offer.

Scouting– The Boy Scouts of America offers young men a chance to develop leadership skills within the context of good citizenship and strong faith development.

SEARCH retreats– An amazing gathering to help teens discern their vocations in life from lay ministry to the priesthood or religious life. Also a fun time to meet and hang out with Catholic teens from across the diocese.

Abbey Youth Fest– a weekend of intense faith, fun, worship and more all on the beautiful grounds of St. Joseph Abbey where our own diocesan seminarians are studying for the priesthood.

March for Life– This annual event allows youth from across the nation to take a stand against legalized abortion. The Diocese of Jackson is proud to send representatives annually.

Youth Convention – Find out what other youth groups and schools in our diocese are doing to share and grow their faith while we worship, play games, reflect and have fun.

Parish Groups- Parishes sponsor many kinds of groups for young people. Contact your parish to find out what is available for you.

Campus Ministry for college students- This ministry is run through a different office of the chancery, offering opportunities for those in college to grow and deepen their faith through service, worship and fellowship.
